I have replaced elementary-grouptheory created here by group-theory.

I understand that it might seem tempting to divide some areas which have many questions into elementary and more advanced part. But it would require retagging many old questions and I do not think that this should be done without any discussion on meta.

There was also an older discussion about elementary general topology tag.
