@WELZ yes except its a bit thinner since supprise supprise the screw is 2 mm too big and jams against the current cover.
and it iis going to be made in aluminium because that all i have at the moment
very astute observer we have here
its actually milling the base shape now

@WELZ well i kindof mean that the few gopro accessories we have doint fit the standard screw so if i make it a bit smaller then it works. I dont know its good or not i just scaled it becaue i was asked to.
No magic there. If i get asked to make this but smaller... then ist not really conductive for deep design.

Your situation is same with 2 changes:
grid rotated 60 degrees
instead of drag click.
