@Yawus yeah, this is probably a smart choice... the bioshock spoilers are flowing fast and furious up in these parts, sadly for me, a person who can't finish a game the same week it comes out :(

One day, a friend is coming to visit our pad (because we got a sweet pad for a dorm) and he has to call to let us know he's coming so we can unlock the door. We get a phone call, I pick it up, and just shout "YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" pretty loudly. Which puts both the entire room as well as the fellow on the phone in a fit of a laughter. But also prompted the fellow, in betwixt his laughter, to quietly point out, "Everyone out here is staring. Everyone could hear that."
It's kind of like watching that video in The Ring where the little girl comes through your TV to kill you. Only no one ever comes to kill you and put you out of your misery.
I have a little problem with my Assassin's Creed 3. For some reason, it doesn't show me the buttons I need to click in order to kill predators when they charge at me (a really strange bug, I know), so I lose every time.

I just spent the better part of 2 weeks importing three crappy, data-is-bad Access DBs to the schema on our website. I just noticed, now that I'm done, that the total size of those Access DBs is 666 MB.
Not that further proof was really needed that Access is evil.
I am going to buy a new graphics card and i am thinking about a Nvidia GTX 650. Can anyone tell me if it has good driver support so that i can play games(Like TF2) without the opensource drivers? (as an alternative i am thinking about a AMD 7750, will it be better?)
I find nethack cocoa works with MACos Mountain Lion. I would like to change default options before I start a character. I use to do this but have forgotten and the OS has changed too.

Club nintendo's site says you can register game PINs and system serial numbers. Can official Nintendo controllers be registered for points as well or is it just consoles/games? I tried a number on my Wii U Pro controller but I have no idea if I picked the wrong number to input or if it's just not...

@agent86 perhaps you're currently in a confused state of mind that is so confused it is telling you that you are not confused, and in fact you are the most confused person in the history of confusion?
@kalina it's possible, but see exhibit a, the potion of unconfusion. if I was so confused that I couldn't tell I was confused, said potion would only make me aware of my confusion. however, I do not feel confused, which means I was not confused when I drank the potion, and am in fact not confused.

@kalina you can't label a potion of unconfusion with a confusing label. it's a potion of unconfusion. the label would just fall right off. or else you'd rip a hole in the space-time continuum, and my space-time continuum hole detector is not registering such an anomaly at this time. QED

I've seen a lot of advice and tips on how to accomplish this quest to get your Green Fire but I'm just not that good a player. Also, I haven't seen if it can be done by more than just yourself. Does anyone know?

@Fluttershy I would assume that, in endeavoring to punch someone in the face with nitroglycerin, one of your initial tasks would be to develop a means to accomplish this without losing your hand, or any other part of your body. Much like acquiring the substance in the first place.

So, before @Fluttershy pointed out that there was already a question on how to find all the Retro levels, I was going to say "A basic question asking about the general locations of all 25 cartridges seems pretty fair game. If it was expanded to 'How do I get them in each level?', the acceptability on that is largely a matter of whether the instructions are simple route configuration or if you have to give a whole walkthrough. Latter warrants not collecting them as a single question."

@BenBrocka Yeah, I got a new WiiU a couple weeks after my first one. Had a hardware problem, so got a refund and bought a new one. My new ID is Wipqozn113.
@BenBrocka Yup! When I was talking with them on the phone they said the only way to do it as of now would be to send them in my WiiU, they'd transfer it to new a console themselves, and send me the new one.
@StrixVaria Nintendoland is one of the best games to get, so it's worth the price by that alone, plus you get a dock, the better paint job and 32GB storage instead of 4GB

@BenBrocka I don't know what a "dock" is. I don't know what Nintendoland is so I don't know if I want to spend $50 on it. I also already owned an SD card so I didn't care about storage.
@FAE Have you played both? It seems to pretty much be the intent and execution. A bunch of games made to demo the features of the new console. But it's games about games instead of games about sports
