What are the differences? Besides the graphics changing, what are the main features of Runner 2 that seperates it from Bit Trip Runner?

I installed Need For Speed Pro Street on Windows 8 with a nVidia graphics card. After a race there is sometimes a kind of bug. After the race at the points summary I´m unable to continue to the race day or restart the race. Does anyone know why this happens and is there a patch?
