I can't believe I am about to say this.
If you want to make a physical release for a game, but your "physical" edition only contains figures and other merch and include NO DISK, then do not include any game download code. This way the "collector edition" can be buy by EVERYONE and you avoid idiocy like this.

And the "Physical edition" has no physical disk.
