i did seem like Nintendo would have lost this....until i found out that they a Patreon where they were making about 30k a month from it
and they were very much contributing to piracy

@Memor-X then you have companies selling "Nespi / 6000 games" on Amazon.
And at least once I saw one sold by Amazon UK itself
