Q: Which race should I choose for smithing in Skyrim?

So Amazon wants to hire me
But at the SDE1 level, not SDE2
Lower compensation
Plus apparently all the teams want SDE1s to spend one day a week in the office, even for remote positions, which kinda makes it a non-starter
