looks like just an overhaul of the graphics, would like them to fix up the mission select in 1 being not so linear and in 2 being able to retry maps to get a better rank and also try and find the lab location

@Memor-X The graphics overhaul is a bit meh. I can see they're going for a plastic soldiers look but AW2's spritework is really good, and this actually kinda looks inferior

I wonder if they're going to do anything about the AI. On the one hand the game is definitely balanced in such a way that you're always disadvantaged, so you have to make it up by playing smarter than the AI, on the other hand there's also some really silly ways to cheese the AI

@PrivatePansy yeh i'm not 100% on board with the gameplay graphics changes, but i do like the more animated CO's though. don't know if they added voice lines

at least they keep the national changes to the units. i might be misremembering but i recall originally in the first one they were just recolors, second one they changed up how units look between nations

@PrivatePansy i assume something to do with needing to redo more elements of the game because of the Duel Screen. never got around to playing it but looking at screenshots all the unit and building information was put on a separate screen. at least with the first 2 games the UI most of the work is done

@Memor-X It looks like everything is redesigned though. And I don't think Dual Strike did anything special with the second screen other than to use it as a second screen

Fair enough. That's a point of view I haven't heard before, but you have a point: the SE model is built on high-rep users doing moderation tasks, but it's a right not a responsibility.
