But I mean, even without peer to peer, it shouldn't crawl along so slow

if I disable P2P I get ~300 KB/s

w/ it it's bouncing around between 600-1200

I have 3 "peers" with URL's as IDs, I assume they're just using HTTP which give ~100 KB/s each

I'm assuming all the hashed ones are using BT

Q: Can I access Diablo III pre-load without being force to purchase it directly from Battle.Net?

I found our local retailer with better price for digital copy of Diablo III. He will start distributing them on 00:01 5/15/2012 - I would like to have the game pre-installed and just activate it later. Is it possible for me to pre-download the game client from Battle.net if I have not purchased...

I'm occasionally of the mind that in order to apply to be selected for the grant you need to provide proof that you've already pre-ordered the game and put up your own money (so only those who are actually invested in it regardless will be funded) but that would be trivial to con
