I am trying to learn about the EVs used in Pokemon to boost stats.
My question is if a pokemon is just caught, does it have no EVs at all? Does this also hold true for pokemon obtained in different ways [such as breeding] or are special such as caught special pokemon [like Mewtwo or Shaymin] or...
Though many german laws for protecting children are pretty stupid nowadays. The most recent stupidity I encountered was when Origin told me I couldn't download a demo right now, but would have to wait after 11pm before being able to do that.
@GraceNote As far as I can find it's 17 for the "Koninklijke Landmacht" and if you're 16, you can apply to for "Veiligheid & Vakmanschap" which is like their ROC I guess
@FAE I didn't realize how ridiculous it was! Here I am level 3 with terrible weapons getting matched up against level 70+ guys with 15000 kills and ALL the weapons... o.O
@agent86 The Xbox 360 kind of supports this. If the console is jarred at all, it will ruin the disc. I like to imagine this is to deter people from getting too rowdy.
In Star Wars: The Old Republic, completing certain objectives while in a Warzone will earn you a "medal" buff, which gives you additional valor and commendations when the Warzone ends.
What is the criteria for each medal? Is it possible to earn certain medals more than once?
Hey all, I noticed that there's a chat message above stating that posted a duplicate question. But it isn't a duplicate since the old one is now outdated. What is the policy on questions like that?
@Sorean yeah, it was just always bugging me whenever I saw you around the main site. Don't think I've ever seen you in chat before so I just had to ask while I had the chance.
So whats our stance on asking questions that are completely acceptable but not researched? so much in fact that the link posted to help with the question contains the answer to the question being asked?

@BrianColvin metaphysically speaking, many good questions directly beg their answer. Making one last step/connection is a common action for an answerer.
@Ullallulloo I was planning on asking something along the lines of "How can I get my 3rd party member in range?" because every time I try to attack with him, it says he "Can't Reach!"
