I'm trying to make a colored wool block fall, like if you place a green wool down, it will fall and place on the ground, I know how to do all of this, but I don't know how it works with blocks like the colored wool. What I mean by that is the id is 35:1-15, but it doesn't work.
I have a command block with a command similar to this below, and it works fine.

But when trying to use a command block to replace it with another one I get errors about uneven quotations.
