Valve removed all the grenades in TF2 in their strive for better class balance. Except for the Demoman's grenade launcher, which are normal explosive grenades. Oh, and the stickybomb launcher which replaces the... er... det pack?
@badp How is that any better than with the Splendid Screen?
@NickT For the original duration of the cloak you're completely invisible, even if touched or damaged, and take greatly reduced damage. If you extend that with ammo, it then becomes like a invisiwatch that needs more metal than usual.

You can only activate the DR when it's fully charged.
If you are on fire, or bleeding, the DR will fix that. After that however you can get on fire or bleeding again, and while you'll take limited damage you're basically dead.
I don't think the DR fixes jarate or mad milk though.
Briefly before the suicide ending, a red handle is provided to the player. He can turn it 90 degrees.
