Q: Enable Tnt on spigot

I host a spigot server and one of my ops has disabled TNT. We cannot figure out how to enable TNT. doTileDrop is true, essentials is not disabling it, the factions mod is not disabling it. Does anyone have any ideas?

It's mostly a question whether you use something a lot that's only compatible on Windows 7 and not 8.1

There's barely any real downside to 8.1 except getting used to it

Q: Is there a way to tell if an alien is aggressive or friendly on Starbound?

I have found that some aliens cause me no harm at all, whereas others will try and kill me. Is there a way of knowing for sure if an alien is going to kill me or not before I go stabbing it? I'd rather not go killing 20 peaceful creatures if they were never going to harm me in the first place!
