Well, it's possible to physically do the motion.

The game just doesn't recognize it.

So as Valentine, QCF+PP is her darts super.

She can do it from the air also, and it's angled down.

If you do 2369+PP, she super jumps into the air, then immediately does the air version of the super.

It reads the 29 as a super jump forward, and the 236 as a QCF for the super.

I learned my 2d fighting game ropes on MVC2, where Tiger Knee moves were mandatory to play Cable.

He had instant recovery from the air version and like 2 seconds of recovery on the ground version.
