@Unionhawk I couldn't get into BG3. I think it's a combination of just not being into CRPGs in general, and not liking 5E anymore. I'm all about that Pathfinder 2E nowadays for my fantasy roleplaying.

Seperate system for combat power ups called "combat mastery", that way there's no skill vs combat relic choice
They like the area system, but they don't like area metas
Each boss is going to drop something powerful and unique, and may have different mechanics
Hopefully the area decision will be more interesting
Coming November 2024
Run energy will still be infinite obviously
