Q: Should I pause building settler when the town will grow soon?

kluttI have one turn left for my settler, and it is two turns left until my city grows from 2 to 3. Should I change to build something else to allow the city to grow before finishing the settler? I realize that you probably would need much more details for an exact answer suited for my particular situ...

There were so many players at osrs pride that at times my client refused to render any of them
And the event was split between 5 worlds
This isn't even the main world that one was full
Also shoutouts to Mod Roq for delivering the promise "we see some folks who are not quite so supportive in chat, those people will be actioned, and we know all your other accounts too."
So a few folks are probably going to eat an "abusive chat (major)"
Also you can recolor the pride scarf now
