So I log onto Pokemon go and then I try to catch Pokemon and it catches in the ball and does the 3 ticks but on the third tick it escapes and runs away every time. I also can't collect pokestops, any one know how to fix? I have waited 30 min. I don't have a ban, but I did download tutu app.
