In Smite there are many skins you can choose for each hero, but how does one get the skins that say EXCLUSIVE in the picture? There is not an obvious way of purchasing these skins, please help I want the one for Ragnatoskr.

When playing minecraft realms with a couple friends we defeated the ender dragon and I want to spawn him in again. When I place the four end crystals at the exit portal it does nothing and the crystals sit there without activating the respawn animation. I am playing in 1.10
