Mercy is your traditional medic with some mobility and also damage boost, lucio is aoe heals and also speed boost, zenyatta is currently :/ because harmony is LOS, and technically 76 has heals though mostly he uses it for self sustain

College is like that first part of Dark Souls 3. There's some notes left by others to help you out and figure out the key concepts. But when you get down the road a bit, nothing will prepare you for the first real challenge aside from raw experience.
