@Yuuki He also refers to himself in the third person. That sentence is predicting the response of a reader, who he thinks would assume that he's a third grader

Q: Disaster Response Unit cars not deploying?

It will increase from 0 to 10 very quickly and go back to zero. I tried placing a couple of them and every once and a while ONE car will deploy to look for survivors, is anyone else having this annoying glitch? Only the 3 helicopters are working for me.

In my defence though, I didn't actually write the code that is leaking, I just failed to notice it when I did some pretty major modifications several years ago.

@MBraedley I also have a bad habit of leaving somewhat unimportant but time consuming coding out of the project, with a TODO added in describing what needs to be done. I cannot count how many times I've had a bug report that ends up being fixed by filling in the TODOs.

Uplifting news for 2016: an HIV vaccine is beginning Phase II trials after successful Phase I.

I wonder how they'll test effectiveness?

Outside of straight-up injecting someone with HIV, that is.

Which I'm pretty sure violates some ethics somewhere.

@Yuuki Yeah, it's pretty difficult to do very thorough ethical vaccination studies.

In previous news, I am leaking memory, but on the order of 1MB over the course of a few minutes, not the several megs suggested in the issue that might happen in a single action.

Although I wonder what it'd look like if I rolled back to an old revision before some std::moves were added.

Q: New PC, New Operating System. Can I transfer my Steam games and data?

I used to use a Mac with some Steam games like CS:GO, I'm gonna build my gaming PC soon (on Windows 10). Is transferring Steam games possible to another computer with another operating system possible. And if, how? Do I just log in and install the games or is the process different?
