Q: Why can't I flag as "not an answer" even though I've never raised this flag?

This is either a bug or an unknown feature I'm unaware of but when I try to flag an answer, the "not an answer" option is grayed out and a message saying "you have already raised this type of flag", even though I never did for that answer. See the following image: Is there something I'm missing?

Q: Dark Souls 2 coop/invading problem

I was playing Dark Souls II on my pc a lot. After about 200 hours of ingame time i expected that i cant summon or invade anybody. I tried new characters and reinstalling but it didn't help. So any tips, and reasons. P.S. I didnt used any cheats.

@5pike I've never had much problems with it while I was using it too, if you start with PHP then you just learn all its quirks and they don't bother you

I don't think I could use it after several years of not using it without going WTF every 5 seconds

I do remember that every time I started a new project I had to look up the simple things like string manipulation
