You never die in Super Hexagon because the game RNGed you to death. You die in Super Hexagon because you, the player, made a mistake.

That tied with its simplicity and the ability to learn to play on autopilot make it a really, really amazing game for me.

One Finger Death Punch is very similar.

And also amazing.

@OrigamiRobot To get any golden keys you got from shift codes you have to go to the vending machine to get the keys out and then take them to the chest instead of just being able to go to the chest directly for <reasons>

The reason Dark Souls doesn't fit into that category is because death in Dark Souls is too much of a penalty. I don't dread losing in Super Hexagon, because I can literally try again in a fraction of a second. I dread dying in Dark Souls because death means another multiple minutes of just getting back to where you were.

@GnomeSlice For example, even though I didn't play very long, I liked Bleed, because it had only a few predictable levels and you could try various strategies to try to get through it quickly.

A friend of mine gave up on dark souls recently because of shit like an enemy falling of a cliff and your character diving after to complete his attack.

@StrixVaria Dustforce is more about perfecting your run through the level to get the best time, and make it as fluid as possible.

Bleed is just about shooting all the things.

Ok so, I'm playing "Pokémon : Soul Silver", and I trained a Magikarp to be able to make him evolve into a Gyarados. Now, my Magikarp is lvl 19, and soon to be 20 (which is the level that it will evolve). But I also know that if I keep leveling up my Magikarp up to lvl 30, it will learn the attack...
