What happens if the Advanced Pump is left running continuously and the output pipe is full? I noticed it will continue to consume power, but does it stop pumping until there is enough room in the pipe to take more liquid, or does the excess get wasted?

As stated in the title is it possible to stab an enemy before the hand goes into the ready position? For those who don't know already: This is the "ready" position that the hand goes into before you stab someone. This is the "idle" position that the hand is in by default.
