It's fine, I got it to work with no ilvl requirement. The reason I needed the ilvl for the lower levels was because I was basing everything off the ilvl. Instead I changed it to accept any ilvl if it's set to 0. By the way thanks for that list, it really does help, I'm just being ignorant. My father teaches at a third-rate university in China. He's the smartest, best teacher I've ever seen (compared to all of the teacher's that have ever taught me, and I supposedly studied in the best school in Singapore), yet he makes less than the average elementary school teacher would make here
My mother works in the local university. She has never gotten a raise in ten years. That means, with inflation, that her real wage has dropped at least 30%

@kalina The problem with these type of things is they never look into the reasons why. I remember reading a study a while back on this very issue, and they discovered that although their are some issues with gender inequality, the large pay gaps we see are often do to other things. For example, women will take maternity leave since, whereas men don't (since men can't get pregnant). During this time women will miss chance for advancement since they're just not in the office...

I'm not denying inequality and sexism exist, because it obviously does, I'm just saying that the pay gap isn't due to just sexism, and that there are many other factors which play a role in that gap. ADditionally, every individual case isn't just sexism.
In anycase, though, there's absolutely no point in arguing about this unless we both want to start digging up studies going into more detail than just charts and graphs. Otherwise all we're doing is making hypothetical statements about numbers.

They rent out some space in the city's convention center. The first two days are open to charities only, letting them have a pick at whatever books they like. The next two days are open to the public. $1 per book for any book you want
Of course most of them aren't very new or in particularly good condition, but hey, it's cheap books

Q: Skip TF2 file validation in Steam

HackToHellSteam want to validate the cache of Team fortress 2, everytime I launch it, pretty darn irritating. Frag at 0%, Running it in Win 8(VHD) Any way to skip it? P.S:-It is nowhere related to HDD failing in my case, though it might indicate data corruption in your's, see SMART data.
