Q: manually load autosave file in portal 2 new level editor

I was working on a level, I HIT SAVE, exited the editor, came back, and the level was in a previously saved state, it had not saved my changes, and it were a lot of changes. Is there a way I can check if there's an autosave file containing these changes?

Git seemed pointless vs. Hg as I wasn't on Mac/Linux and I think Google Code only supports SVN/Hg
