Q: Can i edit the readiness rating without playing multiplayer in Mass Effect 3?

I do not trust Origin one bit, I bought the game, but I don't trust Origin at all, so I only play games on it with offline mode and disabled internet (unplugged). So I would like to either edit or find a way to up the readiness without multiplayer, I seriously don't want to play MP.

I've used spam flags for completely random characters in posts, that is someone intentionally abusing the system (or a cat walking on the keyboard, but that is rare enough), so I consider them justified

Soul Blazer was such a sweet game. tried to play it again recently on an emulator and it just wasn't the same. I was so much more patient with my games back then. I didn't mind painfully slow cinematics and cut scenes I couldn't skip. Now a days If I can't skip the talking or cut scenes I almost dont want to play.
