Worst case you guess a few times wrong, but generally "what would it sound like if it was an English, Portuguese or German word" is 99% right.

Q: How do armor penetrating ammo affect non-armored targets?

How do armor penetrating ammo like the Feltrite AR Rounds or the Authority AV2x Rounds affect non-armored targets? Do their effects lessen on non-armored targets ala Fallout New Vegas armor-piercing ammo? Or are they simply better versions of their non-armor piercing counterparts?
