I am trying to program a Minecraft server. I have looked at the Minecraft Coalition, and I have looked at the Protocol specification. Is there a tutorial on how to create a custom server anywhere?

You can set events, and a few other things, but the only things people usually do are pin/unpin, and modify the room description.
