@RavenDreamer I have no idea. I found it out when there was an enemy Heavy waiting at a specific point around a corner. If you've played Frontier, it's the final BLU spawn point when you're pushing the last point, to the left around that corner.

With both myself (standard minigun) and the other guy (Tomislav), and we started shooting at the same time, he won, with like 1/4 of his health left.

Simply put, the Tomislav's cone is smaller.

Meaning that your shots shoot straighter.

Oh yeah, btw, if you play Engineer, one of the new items, the Pip Boy misc item, changes your Engineer Build/Destroy HUD.

@badp It really depends on what they mean by "set items". After all, the Uber update added 9 new sets, and Dr. Grodbert's update added one more.

Which would go along with the "added a system during the Uber update to guarantee at least one drop a week from the new items added during said update" seeing as how it doesn't seem to apply to the 8 sets out at the time that update came out.

Which, incidentally, makes set items more common than others.
