hrm, so I have a super, super strange issue, involving a GDO+remote and the universal remote function on the current family car (2015 Lacrosse, these days). The GDO is Craftsman-branded & Chamberlain-made, and works fine with the remote, which appears to be an OEM unit, but when we try to program the universal remote on the car to work with it, all I get from the LED on the car is a very fast flashing that starts straight away, no matter which programming procedure I use.
further info: the GDO is a model 139.53966SRT, to be precise. I can also tell you the remote operates at 390MHz (based on both the FCCID database and my own observations using an RF Explorer)
do you think that issue would be appropriate for a question on the mainsite here? or is there a different Stack I should post it on?
