And well, the replacement wasn't anything I hadn't read or watched before, pretty straightforward (at least in my car, other models might be more complicated). They didn't even use a torque wrench (I'm guessing they know from experience the torques). One good thing of doing it there is that I'd probably be wrecking my head thinking I'm installing the tensor wrong until I realized it had a defect.

@motosubatsu - LOL! Nah, you should still be pleased with yourself! :o) Getting Fanatic isn't as easy as it would seem. There are a couple of sites which I've continually failed at getting it because I'll space cadet being on there one day for some stupid reason.

You miss a day, then you have to start all over again. 100 days seems like nothing ... until you miss that one day, lol!

I do, however, have a plumber coming to replace the main water valve at the house. Went to do some plumbing work the other day, shut the valve down, and water is still flowing ... argh. Going to cost me $250 to get it replaced. I'd fully be able to do the work, but I don't have the ability to shut the water off outside (at the meter).

@motosubatsu - So, unless you'll be in Virginia tomorrow ... no stalking involved. No stockings, either. Those don't come around until the end of the month.

I'm mildly nervous - I'm working in China the week before, and I arrive back in Scotland 6 hours before the gig

I'd just be nervous about going to China.

@Pᴀᴜʟsᴛᴇʀ2 Well, as I grew up in very isolated areas, with hills, mountains, moorland, and very few humans, going to a city of 12 million people unnerves me slightly!

That's way more people than in my entire country
