@W5VO Where does it scrape? Is it between the wheels (breakover angle) or the front/back (approach angle). That'll make a difference to what you need to be looking for - if it's in the middle, you want to be looking for a short wheelbase and/or high ground clearance, if it's the ends you need short overhangs
Overhangs would be easy to measure - work out the available angle and cut a triangle of wood (or thick card) to that shape, then hold it up against the tyre and see if it touches the bumpers - if it does, the car will scrape
breakover would be harder to measure, as it will depend on the wheelbase of the vehicle - you'll need to do some trigonometry to work out how much ground clearance any given length will need
