There are too many problems with your question. First of all, you're asking multiple questions in one. Each question posted must contain a single question, not many.
Then, you have presented us with a wall of text, with no formatting which is very tiring to read. The general philosophy on SE is that the person asking the question is expected to do some work. If only to show that they don't expect others to do everything for them.
So, isolate one of the problems you have. Show us a minimal example of the code you have written that reproduces the problem, explain what the code does and what you would like it to do.

So, do you understand how to improve the question?
Take, for example: "3. the subdirectories of the given directory tree that have been accessed in the 'x' last days, where 'x' the second number (argument)."
If that is what is giving you trouble, that should be a question by itself.
Although that would be a duplicate. I'm sure we have many questions addressing that issue.
