Small note, I feel like the program of } should print an error like it does right now - tio.run/##yy9OTMpM/f@/9v9/AA but it should not append {:end, "}"} to the output. Side-note what happened to .0? Forced divide by 0 error? Was looking for it when doing an error question in 05AB1E.

When using `k` (index-of) on UTF-8 chars, the index doubles for each non-ASCII character, for instance:

`"ƵƵÅ"'Åk` = 4 instead of 2. `"ƵƵaÅ"'Åk` = 5
