hello @tschoppi!

heyo @santiago

how are you?

a little tired, otherwise fine

same here

was at a fantasy convention yesterday and it got kinda late afterwards
and now I'm spending my sunday correcting lab reports

10:38 AM
lol... that sounds like great fun!
is it a case of the fantasy convention that continues?

it was the first convention of that kind, we'll see whether the organisers will do another one next year
judging by the amount of people that went there I think there should be no problems

this is good! I have not been to one for a long while

11:06 AM
@santiago It's actually quite tedious. So much in fact that I'm currently writing a guide on how to produce pleasing (to the eye and to the mind) reports.
Only once in a while I actually read a report that doesn't have a lot of small mistakes
I know I'm a stickler concerning that, but there is a correct way to do things...

3 hours later…
2:29 PM
Is anybody here?
There is something I would like to comment on someone else's post but I am not sure if it is appropriate or not: I would like to say "I have edited a great number of your posts to use the correct formatting on this site, but you continue to use the incorrect formatting. Please refer to edits I have made to your post in the past to improve this post."

3:15 PM
I'm not entirely sure how to deal with that, @ringo
Have you called their attention to it before?

1 hour later…
4:25 PM
no I have not

Q: At what/when the $x$ value can be calculated?

RidhoIn my textbook written that, Given that $\mathrm{K_{sp}\:{Ag_{2}CrO_{4}}=9.0\cdot10^{-12}}$. Consider the solubility of $\mathrm{Ag_{2}CrO_{4}}$ in a $\mathrm{0.100\:M}$ solution of $\mathrm{AgNO_{3}}$. Initial concentrations (before any $\mathrm{Ag_{2}CrO_{4}}$ dissolves) are, $\mathr...

for your reference
and why are so many people beginning to use latex in the title field?
I can't wait for 2k rep

Latex in the title has always happened
It's actually a good thing when the asker does it because it suggests their post is relatively well structured
And is title alone is simple enough to edit
If you haven't mentioned formatting issues to them before in a comment, you should probably be more passive than the text you posted previously
Oops, got a word wrong there

okay. @NicolauSakerNeto thank you

Okay, don't sweat it too much

I thought I had seen @Martin-γƒžγƒΌγƒγƒ³ saying that latex created problems with being able to search for the title, though
Was I mistaken?

No, you are correct
Latex in titles is to be edited out

4:33 PM
Okay, i misunderstood then
great!
I have made attempts at this, though, but they were not accepted strangely enough
I know on the "how clean do conduct electricity" question yesterday, I had to suggest the edit twice before it was accepted

I'm not sure what happened there, I didn't see the suggested edits

4:50 PM
Ah well
sometimes I don't get enough rep for editing questions I swear. Some of these take forever to make them correct
