Hello to everyone. Good morning/afternoon/evening/night. I am so glad I've returned to StackExchange; it's such a beuatiful site. I'd like just to discuss some specific rules (what is good and what is bad and why). Really a total noob, poor country, but I am not bad.) I'll be as polite as possible.
