Q: Why is the electronegativity of hydrogen 2.20?

M.A.R.Researching how we can measure electronegativity I realized there must be an arbitrary electronegativity set for a specific element to give the relative amounts of the other ones. Pauling used hydrogen and suggested 2.1 for its electronegativity which later was altered to 2.20. Now, the question ...

Q: Is this aziridine compound chiral?

Confusedphysica I am having a hard time assigning chirality to this molecule. It does not have stereocentres but still feels chiral because its mirror images do not superimpose and have no symmetry.
