Is removing ur roles from CV considered fraud?

I think I found out why I cant find jr roles

@localhost it's not fraud.. but there's always a good chance that you're going to be asked about what you were up to during the gaps, and then you either need to tell the truth (and look like you were hiding something) or lie

it's different if you're dropping off older roles, or ones that are completely not relevant since if they then ask you can easily tell the truth and no-one will bat an eyelid

does it matter though? if you're going to Pakistan to work the family business surely your dev CV isn't important for that?

@motosubatsu yes but I am applying for InfinityWorks Academy program so it is 6 months of soft skill sommunication n then they put u in dev roles

they opened today, some of ppl I grad with r working there, as a Assc. or just joined in the academy.

I feel burn out from rejected email, silence after interview

@localhost it's only the third working day since the interview - did they give you any expected timeframes for when they would be making a decision?

3 days really isn't that long

@motosubatsu yes that is what annoying. If u r suuccessful, it will be talking to our CTO tomorrow or next week but even it is this week, courtesy sake send a email

I do have anxiety

what would be the value in sending you a "courtesy" email that amounts (basically) to "we still haven't decided yet"

it might assuage some of your anxiety, but functionally speaking it's valueless

yes but someone who has anxiety I can say one cannot focus on anything as it does trigger anixety

and frankly it's a little unfair to be accusing them of disrespecting you

if your anxiety is severe enough that you can't cope with things that are pretty normal aspects of day-to-day life then you need to do something about it - seek help, whether it's talking therapies, self-soothing/management techniques, or even medication.
