Hi need advice, I'm a junior developer in an IT company and I'm feeling under-appreciated, and over-qualified at my job these days. I do my work diligently, on time, sometimes even work overtime because of different time-zones. But i'm at the most junior level at my company.There are people 5-10 years senior to me in my team who ask me how to do stuff and I many times have more technical knowledge than them and learn things faster.
My boss doesn't seem to recognize this and according to my company's rules I can't get promoted till another 2 years where I will be working under less-qualified people. sometimes i feel like i'm tolerating their stupidity.
Please don't get me wrong...when I see people at e.g. stack overflow I know they are really good and I have a lot to learn, but I don't find that kind of people in my colleagues
