@JoeStrazzere it is a little far-fetched, I can see a truly clueless company coming up with it I suppose. Especially as a way either to pettily screw over someone who is just about to leave or to try and dissuade someone who is contemplating it. I think there's nothing wrong with the answers yourself and Goose have given though, if we see a pattern developing with that user (or sock puppets) then it might be worth revisiting
