Hi there

I'm from Iran and looking for a position in Europe or North America but there are so many problems with that. I cant event get a remote job because of my country situations. many of these countries need visa sponsored and when I apply for those jobs they cant invite me I don't know why?(even when I pass online test on hacker rank and other platforms)

@Hamix It's notoriously difficult and time-consuming to get a work visa for the US and I think Iranian citizens may (still) be barred from getting one altogether. I'd suggest focusing applications on European countries instead. You'll need to research visa requirements and restrictions of specific countries to know which ones would be easiest to get.
