Yeah pretty good thanks @moto Doing a lot of baking for the same reason. Wasn't the weather lovely though!

@Bee it was actually a bit grey and blustery up my way! my gf is on a baking run as well - hence I have a tin of lovely nutella brownies sat on my desk that I'm doing my best to avoid scoffing before lunch

My bf is still having to go into work so I am left home alone with a giant batch of muffins and two loaves of sourdough. Sorry to hear the weather wasn't as nice up there though @moto I was out in short sleeves for my daily walk! Perfect pub garden weather :'(

@Bee sourdough is on our to do list as well - just having a problem getting my hands on any strong flour!

I made my starter with plain flour and it seems fine @moto.... Apparently it's pretty hard to mess up!

@Bee hmm might have to give it a go - got plenty of plain flour, and have a bag of pasta flour (which has ha higher protein content then plain but less than "strong")

I have a lot of 00 flour too but I also love making pasta and gnocchi - The first loaf I make with strong flour and the second is half and half but you can at least get the starter going with plain for sure @moto

@motosubatsu You guys are lucky to have a revenue stream, the stress levels some of my clients are exhibiting makes me want to get rid of them and just concentrate on my core business.

Luckily we don't have that 3 times annual salary thing though, or there would be a rash of fatalities

@Kilisi definitely.. it could so easily have gone sideways and left me with nothing coming in.

Food is getting hard to get. No money coming in, and the property managemeent company says that they cant do repairs until rents start coming in again
