@NotThatGuy Thanks, there is a program called Express Entry for Canada, I'd go for it because I think I have chance to get such visa. My problem for European countries is language it's hard to learn except I find an International company and still hard to live. and for second plan I want to research for UK because it's not a member of European Union and has own rules for emigrants.
