Welcome to the Grill, a Q&A-style town hall for all things Charcoal!

If you haven't participated here before, the format is fairly simple:

- people get in line to ask questions here: charcoal-grill.herokuapp.com

- we'll turn the room into a gallery to let the user ask their question uninterrupted

- a Charcoal member will give a concise, canonical answer

- we'll open up the room to all for some additional discussion before moving on to the next question

The session will start in about 15 minutes, so save a spot in line and start formulating your question :)

Finally, as a friendly reminder to any moderators here: we'd appreciate it if you'd refrain from talking when the room is in gallery mode so as to allow whomever is asking the next question a chance to speak without interruption :)

How will 5-flag autoflagging work on sites where it only takes 3 flags to delete a post, such as ELU or Workplace SE?

(definitely not talking to myself) It will only cast 2 flags there.

is this customizable? if a site only wanted 4 flags

Yes, we have a setting on the maximum flags per post that we can change for each site
