The new xmas DW will be the 70th story Steven Moffat has made, 20 more than JNT. Does that make him the longest DW show runner since 1963?
(Not really a useful comparison, because [1] JNT was producer, not showrunner, because at the time the duties of "showrunner" were divided between at least three people of whom the producer was one; [2] you have to decide if you're counting stories or episodes, and whether minisodes count; [3] Moffat still hasn't held the chair for as many real-world years as JNT did.)

Q: Lines on Film when shooting in 70' TV shows

StuartIn the 70's Doctor Who shows. I have noticed that when guns are being shot, the screen has lines appear across it. Can anyone explain why this happens? One example is the show I am watching now, S12 Seed of Doom - Last Part.

Q: Can Time Lords regenerate as soon as they're born, or do they have to reach a certain age first?
