I think if we brainstorm a dozen or so topics, and rank them A) How fun they'd be to talk about B) How fun they'd be to listen to, and C) how helpful they'd be to the audience, we'd figure out the best topic.

@Mithrandir24601 very nice! (And I see you've added some images now.) . I noticed a couple typos, but nothing major. I'm also glad to see that you're interested in doing more than just the one post on this; it's a big, rich topic, after all.

The first three quotes don't have periods at the end and aren't attributed. The last paragraph (before the footnotes) has a double comma. First paragraph of "General's Overview" contains "And If" -- presume you meant a lowercase "if" there.

I love footnote 5. :-)

When you're ready, you can submit the draft to Universe Factory using the "..." menu at the bottom -- you should see something like "submit to publication" or "add to publication" and you can choose Universe Factory from there. That puts it in our submissions list, from which we can publish it.

@MonicaCellio Really? Thanks :) OK - I'll get those fixed up and get it submitted within the next half-day or so. I've started now, so there's no stopping! (unless everyone hates it, which hopefully won't happen) I'm going to be just as slow writing the future ones though, so it'll take a looong time to get much ground covered, but it's interesting and good fun!
