Regarding above discussions, you see that finally we decided to redefine GIS.SE in its tour page
and they told me that I can create a proposal
but they predicted struggles in providing a critical mass to make that site sustainable
Anyway they told me to create a proposal and let time and community decide about it
So I've created this proposal
And created advertisements for it in 5 different communities

I have provided link to the proposal by the bigger picture in my profile and links to those advertisements by 5 small pictures in my profile
I also have created this chat room and provided the link for it in my profile
So members of remote sensing, photogrammetry, geodesy, surveying, etc community please add this chat to your notifications
And feel free to put a message here if you enter this room
This room is created for you to decide what we can do for our profession here

If you think we need a new site, then what do you think? Can we provide the critical mass needed to form a sustainable site or not?
