Q: How to tell if a language is recognizable, co-recognizable or decidable?

omegaIf you have a language L, without doing any proofs, is there a way to tell if it's recognizable or co-recognizable or decidable? Basically any hints or tricks that can be used to tell. Or maybe the common patterns to search for to tell which kind it is?

@vzn Same. I am back at school now that winter break is over. Courses are keeping me pretty busy as well. I finally am taking a Complexity Theory course. It's been a while since they offered it last, so I'm glad that I'm able to take it now.

@vzn Still going well, I'm TAing the same class I was last semester. Same material, new students (mostly). Also yes, I only have 3 semesters left in my Masters, including this one.

@vzn No, it's labeled as a generic CS degree because I'm doing a non-thesis. Although I do have concentrations in Foundations of CS (Theory) and Machine Intelligence (AI and ML).
