in URL http://, what is meaning of first forward slash and second ?
example in file:/// protocol , first one slash (/ ) for escaping second slash and third slash for filesystem path.... i am correct ?

@gertvdijk i've run into situations where you need to reboot a machine regularly. Proprietary software that gets a bad memory leak after ~30 hours of uptime, things like that. — jrg 2 days ago
