@Kusalananda 'type -a spec' results in:
'spec is /home/"myusername"/bin/spec'
In that directory 'ls' shows:
'antoine.out spec',
two files.
'cat spec' reads,
'awk -f ~/awk/spec $1'
here I don't understand well the output
/awk/spec does exist in my home directory.
it turns out that 'spec' is a set of bash codes.
All I know is, I use spec followed by an output text file that resulted from antoine.out, to obtain some specific lines from that output.

@EnthusiastiC It's an awk program (not bash shell script), doing something that only the person writing the code would understand.

Anyone know if the math SE would be receptive to questions about converting a formula into a formula that would be accepted by google sheets?

@jesse_b I don't know off-hand -- check their help/on-topic page. See also webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/google-sheets

I figured it out
=(H13/(0.03-I13))*MINUS(1, POWER(((1+I13)/(1+0.03)), 10))

Never underestimate rubberduck.StackExchange.com!

@JeffSchaller You can't tell me what to do, you aren't even my real dad
